The City Council will hold its regular meeting in the Norma S. Rodriguez Council Chamber in the Municipal Plaza Building located at 114 W. Commerce Street beginning at the above referenced date and time for the following items.  Once convened, the City Council will take up the following items in any order during the meeting but no sooner than the designated times.

Ordinance amending the professional services agreement with Anser Advisory Consulting, LLC in an amount not to exceed $24 million for additional Executive Program Manager services for the Terminal Development Program at the San Antonio International Airport, for a revised contract value not to exceed $30 million for services provided from September 2022 through construction completion of the New Terminal Facility. Funding for FY 2024 in the amount of $6 million is from Interim Airport Financing and included in the FY 2024 to FY 2029 Capital Improvement Program. Funding for FY 2024 in the amount of $10 million is from Interim Airport Financing and included in the FY 2024 to FY 2029 Capital Improvement Program. Ordinance amending the professional services agreement with Corgan Associates, Inc. in an amount not to exceed $90 million for Master Architect services for the Terminal Development Program at the San Antonio International Airport for a new contract value not to exceed $120 million to continue design services from March 2023 through construction completion of the new terminal facility. Funding for FY 2024 in the amount of $50 million is from Interim Airport Financing and included in the FY 2024 to FY 2029 Capital Improvement Program. Ordinance approving a professional services agreement with Haley & Aldrich, Inc. for Process Improvement Consulting Services for the San Antonio Airport System in the amount not to exceed $900,000 for an initial term of three years with two, one-year renewal options.
