The City Council will hold its regular meeting in the Norma S. Rodriguez Council Chamber in the Municipal Plaza Building located at 114 W. Commerce Street beginning at the above referenced date and time for the following items.  Once convened, the City Council will take up the following items in any order during the meeting but no sooner than the designated times.

Sign up to speak or submit a written comment. NOTE: Speaker registration closes 15 minutes before the start of the meeting. Individuals signing up for public comment may register for VIA bus fare or parking validation at www.saspeakup.com. VIA bus fare or parking at City Tower Garage (located at 100 Blk N. Main) will be provided to individuals who request the assistance. Staff will provide VIA bus fare passes and parking validation tickets in the lobby of City Council Chambers.

During the meeting, the City Council may meet in executive session for consultation with the City Attorney's Office concerning attorney-client matters under Chapter 551 of the Texas Government Code.

Ordinance approving a contract with N & M James Enterprises, Inc., to provide lawn equipment replacement parts and repair services for various City Departments beginning upon award and ending December 31, 2027, with two additional, one-year renewal options, for an estimated cost of $107,000 annually, and an estimated total cost of $535,000 over the entire contract term. Funding is from the General Fund FY 2025 Adopted Budget in the amount of $24,000, from the Parking Operating and Maintenance FY 2025 Adopted Budget in the amount of $1,500, and the Storm Water Operating FY 2025 Adopted Budget in the amount of $31,000. Ordinance approving a contract with Musco Sports Lighting, LLC, for lighting pole equipment upgrades and installation of new lighting poles at Stinson Park for Five Diamonds Little League Fields 3 and 5, for a total cost of $333,116. Ratifying an amendment to the KFT Fire Trainer, LLC, contract for continued maintenance and support services for Fire Trainer Live Fire Training Systems for the San Antonio Fire Department for the period February 1, 2025, through January 31, 2028, with two, one-year renewal options for a total contract amendment amount of $144,395. Funding for year one in the amount of $28,879 is from the General Fund FY 2025 Adopted Budget.  Funding for subsequent years is contingent upon City Council approval of the department budget. Ordinance approving an amendment to the Dataminr, Inc., contract for First Alert licenses for the San Antonio Police Department, (a) extending the term of the contract for a six-month period ending September 30, 2025, for $27,500; and (b) adding two, one-year renewal options for $127,050, for a total estimated amount of $154,550 for this amendment. Ordinance approving the following contracts and amendment establishing unit prices for goods and services for an estimated cost of $1,132,000 annually, included in the respective department's FY 2025 Adopted Budget: (A) ODP Business Solutions, LLC, for office, computer, electronics, and breakroom supplies for City departments; (B) Jimenez MotorSports, LLC, dba BMW Motorcycles of San Antonio for BMW motorcycle maintenance and repair services and parts for the San Antonio Police Department; and (C) an amendment to the contract with Vroozi, Inc., for Vroozi Catalog Management for the Finance Department. The initial term of the agreements will begin upon the effective date of the ordinance and shall terminate on March 30, 2028 with two additional, one-year renewal options. The initial term of the agreement will begin upon the effective date of the ordinance, and shall terminate on March 30, 2028 with two additional, one-year renewal options.
