SA: Ready to Work Advisory Board

The SA: Ready to Work Advisory Board will hold its regular meeting in the Riverwalk Conference Room at City Hall beginning at 8:30 AM. Once convened, the SA: Ready to Work Advisory Board will take up the following items no sooner than the designated times.

Citizens may make public comments for, against, or on any item on the agenda by signing up to speak in person, emailing their comments to [email protected], or via voicemail through (210) 207-3934, until 5:00pm the day before the meeting. Comments must be limited to 300 words, and may be submitted in English or Spanish, and will be presented to the Board by City staff either in full or in summary, if necessary for the orderly and timely flow of the meeting.  

Note: Comments that do not pertain to the agenda items sent by email or left on voicemail will not be presented to Committee. 

Members of the public can listen to the meeting by calling 1­-415­655-­0001 and entering the attendee access code 2450 355 9090. All attendees will be muted on this audio only line. 


Once a quorum is established, the SA: Ready to Work Advisory Board shall consider the following:
Approval of Minutes

Approval of the minutes from the Ready to Work meeting on October 28, 2021.
Public Comments
 
Briefing and Possible Action on the following items
 
2.
Advisory Board Officer Elections.
3.
Subcommittee Updates.
4.
Discussion and possible action regarding SA: Ready to Work eligibility criteria.
5.
City of San Antonio Workforce and SA: Ready to Work Updates.
6.
Discussion regarding SA: Ready to Work program reporting, including inputs, outputs and outcomes.
At any time during the meeting, the SA: Ready to Work Advisory Board may meet in executive session for consultation with the City Attorney's Office concerning attorney client matters under Chapter 551 of the Texas Government Code.
