The City Council will hold its regular meeting in the Norma S. Rodriguez Council Chamber in the Municipal Plaza Building located at 114 W. Commerce Street beginning at the above referenced date and time for the following items.  Once convened, the City Council will take up the following items in any order during the meeting but no sooner than the designated times.

Ordinance authorizing a lease agreement with P. Host San Antonio for the property at 318 W. Cesar Chavez Blvd. for a term November 1, 2023 through October 31, 2025, with options to renew for two, one-year terms in an amount up to $8,808,916, and an agreement with San Antonio Metropolitan Ministries, Inc. to maintain and operate a low-barrier shelter at the property for a term October 1, 2023 through September 30, 2025 in an amount up to $7,134,448. Go Rio’s payment into the City’s River Barge Improvement Revenue Fund is estimated to be $1,624,873.20.
