The Building-Related and Fire Codes Appeals and Advisory Board - Sign Code Committee will hold its regular meeting in the 1901 S. Alamo beginning at 8:30 AM. Once convened, the Building-Related and Fire Codes Appeals and Advisory Board - Sign Code Committee will take up the following items no sooner than the designated times.

Once a quorum is established, the Building-Related and Fire Codes Appeals and Advisory Board - Sign Code Committee shall consider the following:

Vote to appoint a Chair and Co-Chair of the Sign Code Committee
2.
Vote to add new board members to the Sign Code Committee and make changes to primary and alternate positions
3.
Consideration and appointment of applicants for the advisory member positions to the Sign Code Committee of the Building Related and Fire Codes Appeals and Advisory Board (4 slots). Executive session regarding the appointment and duties of public officers and related legal issues pursuant to Texas Government Code Section 551.074 (personnel matters) and Texas Government Code Section 551.071 (consultation with attorney).

At any time during the meeting, the Building-Related and Fire Codes Appeals and Advisory Board - Sign Code Committee may meet in executive session for consultation with the City Attorney's Office concerning attorney client matters under Chapter 551 of the Texas Government Code.
