The City Council will hold its regular meeting in the Norma S. Rodriguez Council Chamber in the Municipal Plaza Building located at 114 W. Commerce Street beginning at the above referenced date and time for the following items.  Once convened, the City Council will take up the following items in any order during the meeting but no sooner than the designated times.

Ordinance approving a Design-Build contract with J.E. Ordinance amending a Reimbursement Agreement to increase the amount by $118,040.32 for a total reimbursement amount of $403,740.32 for additional costs incurred by CITGO Products Pipeline Company to lower a high-pressure gas pipeline in advance of the Peggy Drive Area Drainage Project. Ordinance amending a contract with  Sundt Construction, Inc. in the increased amount of $7,623,805.13 for a total contract value of $50,711,622.94 for additional construction changes as part of the South Alamo Street (Market Street to East Cesar E. Chavez Boulevard) project; and authorizing the reallocation of funds in the amount of $10,066,805.13 to the South Alamo Street (Market Street to East Cesar Chavez) project. Ordinance amending a contract with Sundt Construction, Inc. in the increased amount of $2,707,000 for a total contract value of $37,742,879.06 for additional construction changes as part of the Zona Cultural Streets - Commerce Street (Frio Street to Santa Rosa Street), San Saba Street (Nueva Street to Martin Street), Santa Rosa Street (Cesar E. Chavez Boulevard to Martin Street) project; and authorizing the reallocation of funds in the amount of $4,000,000 to the Zona Cultural Streets projects. Ordinance approving an Interlocal Agreement between the City of San Antonio and San Antonio River Authority to allocate $100,050 to the San Antonio River Authority to facilitate Section 408 reviews by the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers for four bond funded projects: Roosevelt Pedestrian Bridge, Elmira Area Drainage, Frio City Road Outfall, and South Brazos Street. Ordinance approving the 2025 Street Rehabilitation Task Order Contract Package 12 with Clark Construction of Texas, Inc. in an amount not to exceed $6,130,215, of which $69,725 will be reimbursed by San Antonio Water System and $4,500 will be reimbursed by CPS Energy for necessary adjustments to their existing infrastructure.
