The Tax Increment Reinvestment Zone No. 41 - Rosillo Creek will hold its regular meeting in the City Tower Large Conference Room A 00.W405 at City Tower Bldg., 100 W. Houston St., San Antonio, TX 78205 beginning at 11:30 AM. Once convened, the Tax Increment Reinvestment Zone No. 41 - Rosillo Creek will take up the following items no sooner than the designated times.
Public Comments

Members of the public must register in person (fill out provided sign in sheet) prior to the posted meeting time to speak for, against, or on any item on the agenda. Individuals are given three (3) minutes to speak, and groups are given nine (9) minutes to address the Board.
Briefing and Possible Action on the following items
Resolution authorizing the negotiation and execution of a Development Agreement with VT Rosillo, LTD for the Rosillo Creek Project within the Rosillo Creek TIRZ.
At any time during the meeting, the Tax Increment Reinvestment Zone No. 41 - Rosillo Creek may meet in executive session for consultation with the City Attorney's Office concerning attorney client matters related to the above referenced Agenda Items under Chapter 551 of the Texas Government Code.
