In compliance with the Texas Open Meetings Act, the Department of Human Services Head Start Policy Council will hold an open meeting at the Head Start Office, 1227 Brady Blvd, San Antonio Texas 78207 on Tuesday, January 28, 2025, at 6:15 PM.

Approval of the minutes from the Head Start Policy Council meeting on December 10, 2024.

Briefing and Possible Action on the following items

Correspondence I - ACF-OHS-Pl-25-01, ACF-OCC-CCDF-Pl-25-01 Procedures for Tribal Child Care and Development Fund (CCDF) Lead Agencies and American Indian Alaska Native (AIAN) Head Start Grant Recipients to Jointly Apply to Use CCDF and Head Start Funds for Construction or Major Renovation of Early Childhood Facilities.
Approval of the 2025-2026 Head Start, Early Head Start (EHS) & Early Head Start-Child Care Partnership (EHS-CCP) Eligibility, Recruitment, Selection, Enrollment and Attendance (ERSEA) Matrices
At any time during the meeting, the Head Start Policy Council Meeting may meet in executive session for consultation with the City Attorney's Office concerning attorney client matters under Chapter 551 of the Texas Government Code.
