Discussion of Chapter 10, Building-Related Codes, and propose amendments to sections that pertain to contractor and permitting requirements for the City of San Antonio
Discussion of the 2024 International Building Code and propose changes to current amendments found in Chapter 10 Section 10-30, Amendments to the adopted chapters of the International Building Code
Discussion of the 2024 International Existing Building Code and propose changes to current amendments found in Chapter 10 Section 10-47, Amendments to the adopted chapters of the International Existing Building Code
Discussion of the 2024 International Residential Code and propose changes to current amendments found in Chapter 10 Section 10-37, Amendments to the adopted chapters and Appendices J and K of the International Residential Code
At any time during the meeting, the Building-Related and Fire Codes Appeals and Advisory Board Meeting - Building and Fire Code Subcommittee may meet in executive session for consultation with the City Attorney's Office concerning attorney client matters under Chapter 551 of the Texas Government Code.
