The City Council will hold a special meeting beginning at the above referenced date and time for the following items.  Once convened, the City Council will take up the following items in any order during the meeting but no sooner than the designated times.

Once a quorum is established, the City Council shall consider the following
 
ITEMS
1.
Briefing on the Terminal Development Program; post-solicitation briefings on the Concessions Packages; a post-solicitation briefing on Security Services; and a pre-solicitation briefing on Design Services for the Airfield Design Services for Airfield Safety Enhancements & Improvement Program for the San Antonio International Airport. EXECUTIVE SESSION

At any time during the meeting, the City Council may recess into executive session in the C Room to consult with the City Attorney's Office (Texas Government Code Section 551.071) and deliberate or discuss any of the following:
 
A.
Economic development negotiations pursuant to Texas Government Code Section 551.087 (economic development)
 
B.
The purchase, exchange, lease or value of real property pursuant to Texas Government Code Section 551.072 (real property).
 
C.
Legal issues related to collective bargaining pursuant to Texas Government Code Section 551.071 (consultation with attorney).
 
D.
Legal issues related to litigation involving the City pursuant to Texas Government Code Section 551.071 (consultation with attorney).
 
E.
Legal issues relating to emergency reparedness pursuant to Texas Government Code Section 551.071 (consultation with attorney).
 
F.
Discuss personnel matters related to the appointment of the City Auditor and discuss legal issues pursuant to Texas Government Code Section 551.074 (personnel matters) and Texas Government Code Section 551.071 (consultation with attorney).
