The City Council will hold its regular meeting in the Norma S. Rodriguez Council Chamber in the Municipal Plaza Building located at 114 W. Commerce Street beginning at the above referenced date and time for the following items.  Once convened, the City Council will take up the following items in any order during the meeting but no sooner than the designated times.

Ordinance approving the fee simple acquisition over the Edwards Aquifer Contributing Zone on a 297.54-acre tract of land known as TOS Ranch (Stoner Ranch Division 3) located in Uvalde County, Texas from TOS Ranch, LLC, and authorizing payment to Chicago Title Company as escrow agent in the amount of $1,307,014.95 from the San Antonio Municipal Facilities Corporation fund, which is included in the FY 2025 – FY2030 Capital Improvement Program. Ordinance authorizing the acquisition through negotiation or condemnation of approximately 1.321 acres of land in N.C.B. 34760 located along Leon Creek in Council District 8 for the Leon Creek Greenway connection from The Rim to Raymond Russell County Park, a 2015 Proposition 2 Sales Tax Initiative funded project; property being in the City of San Antonio, Bexar County, Texas; declaring the Leon Creek Greenway Trail connection to be a public project for public use; declaring public necessity for the acquisition of privately owned real property; and authorizing the City Attorney and/or designated special counsel to file eminent domain proceedings. Ordinance approving the acquisition, on behalf of the San Antonio Water System, through negotiation or condemnation of real property sufficient for project purposes involving nineteen (19) permanent water easements and thirteen (13) temporary construction easements on privately owned real property located in the northwest quadrant of Bexar County, in NCB 34034, 16385, 14747, 34760A, 34760, 4760A, 16387, 34761, 18339, and 14859, in Council District 8, beginning at the IH-10 Pump Station near the intersection of IH-10 and La Cantera Parkway and following the IH-10 corridor north, crossing near the intersection with Roca Pass and proceeding north along the east side of IH-10 to a point east of the intersection with Heuermann Road, related to the IH-10: Heuermann Road to La Cantera Parkway 36-inch Water Main (Phase B) Project; declaring the project to be for public use and a public necessity for the acquisition.
