To protect the health of the public and limit the potential spread of COVID-19, the Ethics Review Board will hold this meeting via videoconference. These meeting standards are based upon the various suspended provisions of the Open Meetings Act issued by the Texas Governor in response to the COVID-19 pandemic. These modified standards shall remain in place until further notice or until the state disaster declaration expires or is otherwise terminated by the Texas Governor.
PUBLIC COMMENTS OPPORTUNITIES
Members of the public may provide comment on any agenda item, consistent with procedural rules governing the Board meetings and state law. Public comments may be provided as follows: 1) Submit written comments (up to 300 words maximum) via email by 5:00 P.M. on June 20, 2021 to [email protected]. Please be sure to include your full name, home or work address, and agenda item number (if applicable). 2) Leave a voice mail message of a maximum of two (2) minutes by dialing (210) 207-0080 by 5:00 PM on June 20, 2021. Your message will be played during the meeting. Please include your full name, home or work address, and agenda item number (if applicable). 3) Sign up to give your comments live during the meeting by leaving your full name, call-back telephone number, and the item number on which you would like to speak at (210) 207-0080 by 5:00 PM on June 20, 2021. City staff will contact you when your item is up for discussion but cannot guarantee a specific time after 6:00 PM. Once you join the call, you will be given two (2) minutes to provide your comments.
* Note: Comments may be submitted in English or Spanish, and will be presented to the Board by City staff either in full or in summary if necessary for the orderly and timely flow of the meeting. Comments that do not pertain to the agenda items will not be presented to Board.
A MEETING OF THE ETHICS REVIEW BOARD OF THE CITY OF SAN ANTONIO WILL BE HELD TO CONSIDER AND ACT UPON:
1. Swearing in and Administration of Oath of Office for ERB Board Members.
2. Public Comment.
3. Approval of the minutes of the Ethics Review Board Meeting held on February 17, 2020.
4. Discussion and possible action regarding the election of a Vice-Chair of the Ethics Review Board.
5. Discussion and possible action regarding the 2020 ERB Annual Report.
Executive Session: Attorney-Client matters may be discussed on any of the items listed above under Section 551.071 (consultation with attorney) of the Texas Open Meetings Act.
