Presentation and possible action on the appeal of the Building Official's Notice of Intent to Revoke the Certificate of Occupancy for Havana Bar and Grill, located at 14355 Blanco Road. Appeal documented under REQ-APL-24-4290004.
At any time during the meeting, the Building-Related and Fire Codes Appeals and Advisory Board Meeting may meet in executive session for consultation with the City Attorney's Office concerning attorney client matters under Chapter 551 of the Texas Government Code.
