The San Antonio Public Library Board of Trustees will hold a special meeting in the Central Library, 600 Soledad, Latino Collection and Resource Center, San Antonio, Texas 78205 beginning at 11:30 AM. Once convened, the San Antonio Public Library Board of Trustees will take up the following items no sooner than the designated times. Presiding Trustee will be physically present at the location of the meeting that is open to the public during the open portions of the meeting.

Deliberate with Library Consultant, June Garcia, LLC., regarding the recruitment of candidates for the Library Director position for the San Antonio Public Library. Information. [Judy Cruz, Chair, Ad Hoc Executive Search Committee] (60 minutes)

At any time during the meeting, the San Antonio Public Library Board of Trustees may meet in executive session under Chapter 551 of the Texas Government Code.
 
EXECUTIVE SESSION
At any time during the meeting, the San Antonio Public Library Board of Trustees may recess into executive session to consult with the City Attorney's Office (Texas Government Code Section 551.071) and deliberate or discuss any of the following:

a. Personnel Matters: Discussion regarding the recruitment of the Library Director pursuant to Texas Government Code Section 551.074 (personnel matters).
