Members of the public must register in person (fill out provided sign in sheet) prior to the posted meeting time to speak for, against, or on any item on the agenda. Individuals are given three (3) minutes to speak, and groups are given nine (9) minutes to address the Board.

Financial Report

The Financial Management Division will present on the current financial status of the Northeast Corridor TIRZ. 
Briefing and Possible Action on the following items

Authority to negotiate and execute an agreement with Morgan’s in an amount up to $400,000.00 for public improvements related to the Entry Monuments at Morgan’s Project in City Council District 10 and within the Northeast Corridor TIRZ.
5.
Authority to negotiate and execute an agreement with Morgan's in an amount up to $2,500,000.00 for public improvements related to the Parking Lot for Morgan’s Hotel and Morgan’s Restaurant Project in City Council 10 and within the Northeast Corridor TIRZ.
6.
Authority to negotiate and execute an agreement with Morgan’s in an amount up to $800,000.00 for public improvements related to the Morgan’s Sports Project in City Council District 10 and within the Northeast Corridor TIRZ.
7.
Authority to negotiate and execute an amendment to the Village at Perrin Beitel Project Development Agreement, a project previously approved by the Northeast Corridor TIRZ Board, relating to the completion of the Project.

At any time during the meeting, the Tax Increment Reinvestment Zone No. 33 Northeast Corridor may meet in executive session for consultation with the City Attorney's Office concerning attorney client matters under Chapter 551 of the Texas Government Code.
