The Financial Management Division will present on the current financial status of the Inner City TIRZ.
Briefing and Possible Action on the following items

Authorizing the negotiation and execution of an agreement with the San Antonio Housing Trust Public Facility Corporation in an amount up to $2,916,000.00 for the acquisition of approximately 8.6 acres of land at Eisenhauer Road at Midcrown located in Council District 2.
5.
Authorizing the negotiation and execution of a Chapter 380 Economic Development Agreement in an amount up to $234,495.00 with Forward Progress Arts & Entertainment Center, Inc. for the Eastside Youth Content Creators Project for Summer 2024 to be held within Council District 2 and the Inner City TIRZ boundaries.
6.
Authorizing the negotiation and execution of a Chapter 380 Economic Development Loan Agreement in an amount up to $300,000.00 with Gardopia Gardens for the Gardopia Gardens Facilities Project located at 615 and 619 North New Braunfels in Council District 2 and within the Inner City TIRZ.

At any time during the meeting, the Tax Increment Reinvestment Zone No. 11 - Inner City may meet in executive session for consultation with the City Attorney's Office concerning attorney client matters under Chapter 551 of the Texas Government Code.
