Members of the public must register in person (fill out provided sign in sheet) prior to the posted meeting time to speak for, against, or on any item on the agenda. Individuals are given three (3) minutes to speak, and groups are given nine (9) minutes to address the Board.

The Financial Management Division will present on the current financial status of the Westside TIRZ.
Briefing and Possible Action on the following items

Authorizing the negotiation and execution of an agreement with the San Antonio Housing Trust PFC in an amount up to $1,185,000 for the acquisition of property located at 811 W. Houston Street, San Antonio, Texas 78207 and within the Westside TIRZ.
5.
Authorizing the negotiation and execution of an Agreement with YWCA San Antonio in an amount up to $2,000,000.00 for the YWCA San Antonio Women's Live and Learn Center Project at 2318 Castroville Road, San Antonio, Texas 78237 in Council District 5.

At any time during the meeting, the Tax Increment Reinvestment Zone No. 30 - Westside  may meet in executive session for consultation with the City Attorney's Office concerning attorney client matters under Chapter 551 of the Texas Government Code.
