To protect the health of the public and limit the potential spread of COVID-19, the San Antonio Early Childhood Education Municipal Development Corporation Board of Directors will hold a Special Meeting beginning at 2:00 PM via videoconference on the date listed above. These meeting standards are based upon the various suspended provisions of the Open Meetings Act issued by the Texas governor in response to the COVID-19 crisis. These modified standards shall remain in place until further notice or until the state disaster declaration expires, or is otherwise terminated by the Texas governor. Once convened, the Board shall consider the following matters for discussion and possible action:
1. Public Comments [If a member of the public would like to provide comment to the Pre-K 4 SA Board on Pre-K 4 SA related matters, please email comments to [email protected] before 2:00 PM on the day of the meeting]

Executive Session
At any time during the meeting, the Early Childhood Education Municipal Development Corporation may recess into executive session to consult with its attorney (Texas Government Code Section 551.071) to deliberate or discuss any of the following:
2. Legal and contractual issues related to real estate pursuant to Texas Government Code Section 551.071 (consultation with attorney).
Consideration of Future Meetings
3. The next meeting of the Board of Directors is scheduled to take place on Tuesday, August 3, 2021 at 2:00 p.m. at the Pre-K 4 SA North Education Center.
