Once a quorum is established, the Tax Increment Reinvestment Zone No. 31 - Midtown shall consider the following:
Public Comments

Members of the public must register in person (fill out provided sign in sheet) prior to the posted meeting time to speak for, against, or on any item on the agenda. Individuals are given three (3) minutes to speak, and groups are given nine (9) minutes to address the Board.

Approval of the Tax Increment Reinvestment Zone #31 Midtown Meeting Minutes from December 13, 2022. 
Financial Report

The Financial Management Division will present on the current financial status of the Midtown TIRZ. 
Briefing and Possible Action on the following items

Resolution concerning consent to the Assignment of the Development Agreement for the Borden Park Project from Borden River Road, LP to Borden River Road Owner, LLC.
5.
Resolution authorizing the negotiation and execution of a Development Agreement with Oxbow Real Estate, LLC in an amount up to $6,810,000.00 plus interest and fees for public improvements in and around the Pearl Brewery District.
6.
Resolution authorizing the negotiation and execution of an amendment to the Funding Agreement for the San Antonio Botanical Garden in an amount up to $1,355,000.00 for the renovations to the Lucile Halsell Conservatory at the Botanical Garden.
7.
Resolution approving additional funding in an amount up to $100,000 for the Phase 1 Traffic Study for Brackenridge Park previously approved by the Midtown TIRZ Board on December 13, 2022. [Shanon Miller, Director of Office of Historic Preservation]

At any time during the meeting, the Tax Increment Reinvestment Zone No. 31 - Midtown may meet in executive session for consultation with the City Attorney's Office concerning attorney client matters under Chapter 551 of the Texas Government Code.
