The Tax Increment Reinvestment Zone No. 06 - Mission Del Lago will hold its regular meeting in the B Room, Municipal Plaza Building, 105 Main Plaza, San Antonio, Texas 78205 beginning at 3:00 PM. Once convened, the Tax Increment Reinvestment Zone No. 06 - Mission Del Lago will take up the following items no sooner than the designated times.

Approval of Minutes
2.
Approval of the Tax Increment Reinvestment Zone #06 – Mission Del Lago Meeting Minutes from the December 13, 2023 Board Meeting.
Financial Report
3.
The Financial Management Division will present on the current financial status of the Mission Del Lago TIRZ.
Briefing and Possible Action on the following items
4.
Resolution authorizing the execution of amendments to the Development Agreement and the Interlocal Agreement consistent with the direction from the City and Bexar County.
At any time during the meeting, the Tax Increment Reinvestment Zone No. 06 - Mission Del Lago may meet in executive session for consultation with the City Attorney's Office concerning attorney client matters under Chapter 551 of the Texas Government Code.
