Approval of the Tax Increment Reinvestment Zone #25 – Hunters Pond Meeting Minutes from the May 28, 2015 Board Meeting.
Financial Report

The Financial Management Division will present on the current financial status of the Hunters Pond TIRZ.
Briefing and Possible Action on the following items

Resolution authorizing the execution of an Assignment of Rights of the Development Agreement, Finance Plan and Project Plan for Hunters Pond TIRZ #25 from Hunters Pond, L.P. to TIRZ/PID, LP.
At any time during the meeting, the Tax Increment Reinvestment Zone No. 25 - Hunter's Pond may meet in executive session for consultation with the City Attorney's Office concerning attorney client matters under Chapter 551 of the Texas Government Code.
