The Tax Increment Reinvestment Zone No. 15 - North East Crossing will hold its regular meeting in the B Room of Municipal Plaza Building, 105 Main Plaza, San Antonio, Texas 78205 beginning at 10:00 AM. Once convened, the Tax Increment Reinvestment Zone No. 15 - North East Crossing will take up the following items no sooner than the designated times.

Approval of Minutes

Approval of the Tax Increment Reinvestment Zone #15 – North East Crossing Meeting Minutes from the October 2, 2019 Board Meeting.
Financial Report

The Financial Management Division will present on the current financial status of the North East Crossing TIRZ.
Briefing and Possible Action on the following items
4.
Resolution authorizing payment of up to $7,378,748.00 for interest allowable under the Development Agreement.
At any time during the meeting, the Tax Increment Reinvestment Zone No. 15 - North East Crossing may meet in executive session for consultation with the City Attorney's Office concerning attorney client matters under Chapter 551 of the Texas Government Code.
