The Tax Increment Reinvestment Zone No. #6 - Mission Del Lago Board of Directors will hold its regular meeting in the Concourse Level Conference Room B, City Tower, 100 W. Houston Street, San Antonio, Texas beginning at 2:00 PM. Once convened, the Tax Increment Reinvestment Zone No. #6 - Mission Del Lago Board of Directors will take up the following items no sooner than the designated times.

Approval of Minutes

Approval of the Tax Increment Reinvestment Zone #06 - Mission del Lago meeting minutes from the September 1, 2022 Board meeting.
Financial Report
3.
Finance Management Division will provide a briefing on the current financial position of the TIRZ.
Briefing and Possible Action on the following items
4.
Discussion and possible action relating to Southside ISD's request to exit the TIRZ and cease future participation in the TIRZ.
Close out of the Villa Espada Apartments Project and return of funds

At any time during the meeting, the Tax Increment Reinvestment Zone No. #6 - Mission Del Lago Board of Directors may meet in executive session for consultation with the City Attorney's Office concerning attorney client matters under Chapter 551 of the Texas Government Code.
