The Tax Increment Reinvestment Zone #38 Somerset Grove Board of Directors will hold its regular meeting in the 10th Floor Conference Room, City Tower, 100 W. Houston Street, San Antonio, Texas 78205 beginning at 2:00 PM. Once convened, the Tax Increment Reinvestment Zone #38 Somerset Grove Board of Directors will take up the following items no sooner than the designated times.

Approval of Minutes
2.
Approval of the Minutes from the October 19, 2022 meeting of the Somerset Grove TIRZ Board of Directors.
Financial Report
3.
The Financial Management Division will present on the current financial status of the Somerset Grove TIRZ.
Briefing and Possible Action on the following items
4.
Resolution authorizing payment of Invoice #2 to Lennar Homes of Texas Land and Construction, LTD, for a total amount of $4,099,479.11 from future increment for allowable reimbursable expenses within the approved Development Agreement.
At any time during the meeting, the Tax Increment Reinvestment Zone #38 Somerset Grove Board of Directors may meet in executive session for consultation with the City Attorney's Office concerning attorney client matters under Chapter 551 of the Texas Government Code.
