The Planning and Community Development Committee will hold its regular meeting in Council Briefing Room, City Hall beginning at 10:00 AM. Once convened, the Planning and Community Development Committee will take up the following items no sooner than the designated times.

Resolution of No Objection for Brooks Family Apartments, LP’s application for 2024 Non-Competitive 4% Housing Tax Credits (HTC) from the Texas Department of Housing and Community Affairs (TDHCA) for the construction of a 340-unit affordable multi-family rental housing development named Brooks Family, located at the northwest corner of Research Plaza and Challenger Drive in Council District 3. Adjournment
At any time during the meeting, the Planning and Community Development Committee may meet in executive session for consultation with the City Attorney's Office concerning attorney client matters under Chapter 551 of the Texas Government Code.
