Resolution approving the First Amendment to the Chapter 380 Economic Development Loan Agreement with the Westside Development Corporation dba Prosper West for the Basila Frocks Project, a project previously approved by the Westside TIRZ Board, extending the completion date of the Project.
5.
Resolution approving the First Amendment to the Funding Agreement with Esperanza Peace & Justice Center for the Rinconcito de Esperanza Project, a project previously approved by the Westside TIRZ Board, extending the completion date of the Project.

At any time during the meeting, the Tax Increment Reinvestment Zone No. 30 - Westside  may meet in executive session for consultation with the City Attorney's Office concerning attorney client matters under Chapter 551 of the Texas Government Code.
