The San Antonio Early Childhood Education Municipal Development Corporation will hold its regular meeting in the Pre-K 4 SA North Education Center, 3635 Medical Dr. beginning at 2:00 PM. Once convened, the San Antonio Early Childhood Education Municipal Development Corporation will take up the following items no sooner than the designated times.

Approval of Minutes

Approval of the minutes from the San Antonio Early Childhood Education Municipal Development Corporation meeting on May 9, 2023
Board action to authorize Pre-K 4 SA staff to amend the agreement with Teachstone Training, LLC. for a no cost extension through November 30, 2024. [Larrisa Wilkinson, Pre-K 4 SA Deputy CEO]
Board approval to execute an amendment with Teaching Strategies, extending the term of the agreement to June 30, 2024 and increasing the total value of the contract to a total of $313,397.50. [Larrisa Wilkinson, Pre-K 4 SA Deputy CEO]
Briefing and Board approval to negotiate and execute a contract with Bella Mattina, LLC, to provide professional development services for Pre-K 4 SA for two years, with one, two-year option to renew for a total contract value not to exceed $276,087.75. [Larrisa Wilkinson, Pre-K 4 SA Deputy CEO]
Briefing and Possible Action on the following items

CEO Update to include Enrollment, Innovations, Safety and Security, Outreach & Engagement, New Staff, New South Build [Sarah Baray, Ph.D., PreK 4 SA CEO]
Briefing on San Antonio Shared Services Alliance milestones and accomplishments and preview of upcoming activities. [Larrisa Wilkinson, Pre-K 4 SA Deputy CEO; Joe De La Rosa, Pre-K 4 SA Head of Grants]
Briefing and Board approval to negotiate and execute a Professional Services agreement with Communities in Schools of San Antonio for a one-year term expiring June 30, 2024 at a total contract value not to exceed $78,000.00. [Sandy Weser, Pre-K 4 SA Chief of Innovation]
Board approval to execute a Professional Services Agreement with the Miss Tristan Foundation, for a term to commence upon execution of the agreement through June 30, 2024 and for a total contract value not to exceed $225,000.00. [Larrisa Wilkinson, Pre-K 4 SA Deputy CEO]
Board action to accept funds from the Beldon Family Foundation in an amount of $150,000.00 for continuation of the "Teachers 4 Toddlers Program (T4T Program). [Sarah Baray, Ph.D., Pre-K 4 SA, CEO]
At any time during the meeting, the San Antonio Early Childhood Education Municipal Development Corporation may meet in executive session for consultation with the City Attorney's Office concerning attorney client matters under Chapter 551 of the Texas Government Code.
