The Community Action Advisory Board Public Hearing will hold its regular meeting in the Claude Black Community Center, 2805 E. Commerce St, San Antonio, TX 78203, Room 25 beginning at 5:30 PM. Once convened, the Community Action Advisory Board Public Hearing will take up the following items no sooner than the designated times.

Once a quorum is established, the Community Action Advisory Board Public Hearing shall consider the following:

Public Comment on Proposed 2024 Draft Community Service Block Grant (CSBG) Budget

Discussion and Approval of 2024 CSBG Budget

Presentation Proposed 2024 Community Service Block Grant (CSBG) Community Action Plan (CAP)
5.
Public Comment on Proposed 2024 Draft of (CSBG) Community Action Plan (CAP)
6.
Discussion and Approval of the 2024 Community Action Plan
At any time during the meeting, the Community Action Advisory Board Public Hearing may meet in executive session for consultation with the City Attorney's Office concerning attorney client matters under Chapter 551 of the Texas Government Code.
