The Tax Increment Reinvestment Zone No. 36 - Thea Meadows will hold its regular meeting in the 100 W. Houston Street, San Antonio, TX 78205 - City Tower Large Conference Room 10.W1003 beginning at 2:30 PM. Once convened, the Tax Increment Reinvestment Zone No. 36 - Thea Meadows will take up the following items no sooner than the designated times.

The Financial Management Division will present on the current financial status of the Thea Meadows TIRZ.
Briefing and Possible Action on the following items

Resolution authorizing payment of Invoice 3 - Phases 1 - 4, to SA Insignia, LLC, for a total amount of $7,957,594.38 in allowable reimbursable expenses within the approved Development Agreement.
A. Update on holdover status for Board Members
B. Reminder of the monthly MLI Trainings
C. Mention of the TIF Calendar for upcoming Thea Meadows Board Meetings

At any time during the meeting, the Tax Increment Reinvestment Zone No. 36 - Thea Meadows may meet in executive session for consultation with the City Attorney's Office concerning attorney client matters under Chapter 551 of the Texas Government Code.
