The Tax Increment Reinvestment Zone No. 13 - Lackland Hills will hold its regular meeting in the 100 W. Once convened, the Tax Increment Reinvestment Zone No. 13 - Lackland Hills will take up the following items no sooner than the designated times.

Approval of the Tax Increment Reinvestment Zone #13 Lackland Hills Minutes from the May 17, 2017 Meeting.
Financial Report

The Financial Management Division will present on the current financial status of the Lackland Hills TIRZ.
Briefing and Possible Action on the following items
4.
Resolution authorizing payment of up to $1,010,002 for interest allowable under the Development Agreement.
At any time during the meeting, the Tax Increment Reinvestment Zone No. 13 - Lackland Hills may meet in executive session for consultation with the City Attorney's Office concerning attorney client matters under Chapter 551 of the Texas Government Code.
