The Municipal Court Advisory Committee will hold its meeting in the Council Briefing Room, City Hall, 100 Municipal Plaza, San Antonio, Texas 78205 beginning at 1:30 PM. Once convened, the Municipal Court Advisory Committee will take up the following items no sooner than the designated times.

Once a quorum is established, the following items shall be considered:
Approval of Minutes
 
1.
Approval of the minutes from the Municipal Court Advisory Subcommittee meeting on May 26, 2022.
Briefing and Possible Action on the following items
 
2.
Interview and possible reappointment of Municipal Court Presiding Judge.
3.
Update on State Legislation affecting municipal court. [Frederick P. Garcia, Municipal Court Clerk]
EXECUTIVE SESSION
At any time during the meeting, the Municipal Court Advisory Committee may meet in executive session regarding any of the matters posted above in compliance with the Texas Open Meetings Act (Texas Government Code Section 551).
A. Deliberate the appointment, evaluation and duties of public officers and discuss legal issues pursuant to Texas Government Code Section 551.074 (personnel matters) and Texas Government Code Section 551.071 (consultation with attorney).
