The Fire Fighters’ and Police Officers’ Civil Service Commission Meeting will hold its regular meeting in the 100 W. Houston Street, San Antonio, TX 78205, City Tower Large Conference Room 10.W1003 beginning at 9:00 AM. Once convened, the Fire Fighters’ and Police Officers’ Civil Service Commission Meeting will take up the following items no sooner than the designated times.

e. An agreed two (2) day suspension for Officer Francisco Serna effective April 3, 2023.
f. An agreed three (3) day suspension for Officer James J. David effective April 3, 2023.
g. An agreed one (1) day suspension for Officer Kevin R. Rounds effective April 4, 2023.
h. A termination for Probationary Officer Alegra Estrada effective April 5, 2023.
i. A termination for Probationary Officer Marco Casas effective April 5, 2023.
j. A five (5) day suspension for Officer Jack E. Harper effective April 7, 2023.
k. A one (1) day suspension for Officer Brandyn Griffin effective April 8, 2023.
l. A three (3) day suspension for Fire Engineer Emory Sosa effective April 10, 2023.
m. A fifteen (15) day suspension for Fire Engineer Marvin Borth effective April 10, 2023.
n. A one (1) day suspension for Fire Engineer Ermilo Sierra effective April 16, 2023.
o. A one (1) day suspension for Fire Engineer Marcus Murillo effective April 19, 2023.
p. A three (3) day suspension for Officer Alyssa D. Aicher effective April 20, 2023.
q. An agreed three (3) day suspension for Officer Jonathan T. Guerra effective April 20, 2023.

These matters have not been appealed and are therefore final.

r. Three indefinite suspensions for Officer Misty Floyd effective April 13, 2023. Three letters of appeal were received on April 17, 2023.

Executive Session:  The Fire Fighters’ and Police Officers’ Civil Service Commission may at any time during the meeting recess into an executive session to discuss personnel and/or legal issues related to any item on this agenda, pursuant to Section 551.074 (personnel matters) and 551.071 (consultation with attorney).
