Resolution authorizing the negotiation and execution of a Chapter 380 agreement with Alamo City Studios in an amount not to exceed $250,000 for the Eastside Youth Content Creator Program for Summer 2023.

Resolution adopting the Priorities and Goals of the Inner City TIRZ Board.

Resolution adopting an amended Finance Plan for the Inner City TIRZ.

At any time during the meeting, the Tax Increment Reinvestment Zone No. 11 - Inner City may meet in executive session for consultation with the City Attorney's Office concerning attorney client matters under Chapter 551 of the Texas Government Code.
