The Small Business Economic Development Advocacy (SBEDA) Committee Meeting will hold its regular meeting at City Tower, 100 W. Houston St., Floor 18, Room 18.W103, San Antonio, TX 78205 at 9:00 AM.

Once a quorum is established, the Small Business Economic Development Advocacy (SBEDA) Committee Meeting shall consider the following:
 
Approval of Minutes
 
1.
Approval of the minutes from the Small Business Economic Development Advocacy (SBEDA) Committee meeting on November 29, 2022.
Public Comments
 
Individuals may sign up for live public comment the day of the meeting. Those unable to attend the meeting may participate by submitting written comment via email or voice message until 5:00 PM on the day before the meeting. Comments may be provided in English or Spanish and interpretation services will be provided with advanced notice. Email comments of up to 300 words to [email protected]. Voicemail comments can be left at (210) 207-3957. Voice messages will be limited to 300 words transcribed. Comments that do not pertain to the agenda items will not be presented to the Committee.

Small Business Economic Development Advocacy (SBEDA) Program Annual Report for Fiscal Year 2022.

Diversity Action Plan Annual Assessment for Fiscal Year 2022.
Chair and Staff Updates
 
At any time during the meeting, the Small Business Economic Development Advocacy (SBEDA) Committee Meeting may meet in executive session for consultation with the City Attorney's Office concerning attorney client matters under Chapter 551 of the Texas Government Code.
