Chapter 28 amendment item 7-1, external, request to amend Article IV, Division 2, Subdivision B, Off-Premises Signs, to permit Sign Builders to convert existing 14 x 48 ft static face signs to digital signs along limited highways within the City, (Jeremy McDonald, BRFCAAB Board Liaison, 210-207-0265, [email protected], Development Services Department)

Chapter 28 amendment item 9-3, external, request to amend Article IV, Division 2, Subdivision B, Off-Premises Signs, to amend any new approval for the conversion of printed billboards to digital with a process for equitable distribution among billboard owners of rights to convert billboards from printed to static, as well as prioritize locations where takedowns shall occur, (Jeremy McDonald, BRFCAAB Board Liaison, 210-207-0265, [email protected], Development Services Department)

At any time during the meeting, the Building-Related and Fire Codes Appeals and Advisory Board - Sign Code Committee may meet in executive session for consultation with the City Attorney's Office concerning attorney client matters under Chapter 551 of the Texas Government Code.
