Resolution authorizing staff to negotiate an amendment to the Agreement with the Witte Museum in an amount of $500,000 plus capital administration fees for additional public improvements to the Dawson Family Hall. (Lori Houston, Assistant City Manager)
7.
Resolution authorizing $150,000 to reconcile the Brackenridge Park Master Plan, Brackenridge Park Conservancy Cultural Landscape Plan, and Midtown Regional Center Plan and authorizing an additional $75,000 for administrative and project support.  (Lori Houston, Assistant City Manager) 
8.
Resolution authorizing up to $100,000 for a Phase 1 traffic study for Brackenridge Park area. (Lori Houston, Assistant City Manager) 
9.
Resolution authorizing Bexar County to enter into a 10 year 40% tax abatement agreement with Quincy Residential, LLC for the Quincy Apartments Project located in Council District 1 and within the MidTown Tax Increment Reinvestment Zone Boundary Number 31. (Lori Houston, Assistant City Manager)
