The Airport Advisory Commission will hold its regular meeting in the Alamo Area Council of Governments Conference Room, 2700 NE Interstate 410 Loop beginning at 3:30 PM. Once convened, the Airport Advisory Commission will take up the following items no sooner than the designated times.

Members of the public can comment on items on the agenda. 
Public Comment: Citizens who wish to submit comments, up to 300 words, to be read into the record at the Airport Advisory Commission meeting should submit those comments, along with their name and address, through one of the methods described below by 4:30 p.m. on the day before the posted meeting date. Please note: comments that do not pertain to the posted agenda items will not be presented to the Commission:

a. Email: Please email the comments to [email protected].
b. Drop-off: Please drop-off a written statement at the Aviation Department offices located in 
    Terminal A of the San Antonio International Airport at 9800 Airport Blvd. The offices are open
    on Mondays through Fridays from 7:45 a.m. until 4:30 p.m. except for City Holidays.
c. Voicemail: Please leave a voicemail at (210) 207-7277. Messages will be transcribed and read at the
     meeting.


Once a quorum is established, the Airport Advisory Commission shall consider the following:

At any time during the meeting, the Airport Advisory Commission may meet in executive session for consultation with the City Attorney's Office concerning attorney client matters under Chapter 551 of the Texas Government Code.
