The San Antonio Economic Development Corporation will hold its regular meeting in the Municipal Plaza Building beginning at 11:00 AM. Once convened, the San Antonio Economic Development Corporation will take up the following items no sooner than the designated times.

Once a quorum is established, the San Antonio Economic Development Corporation shall consider the following:
 
Approval of Minutes

Approval of the minutes from the San Antonio Economic Development Corporation meeting on September 13, 2021.
Public Comments
 
Briefing and Possible Action on the following items

Action to approve the SAEDC FY2021 Annual Report.
3.
Resolution to approve a Funding Agreement for $600,000 with the City of San Antonio for the establishment and implantation of a Contractor Capacity Building & Bonding Assistance Program, an amendment to the fiscal year 2022 San Antonio Economic Development Corporation budget, and a Professional Service Agreement with Alamo Surety Bonds in an amount not to exceed $100,000 for Program administration services.

At any time during the meeting, the San Antonio Economic Development Corporation may meet in executive session for consultation with the City Attorney's Office concerning attorney client matters under Chapter 551 of the Texas Government Code.
