The Tax Increment Reinvestment Zone No. 11 - Inner City Meeting will hold its regular meeting in the Municipal Plaza Building, B Room, 105 Main Plaza, San Antonio, TX 78205 beginning at 9:30 AM. Once convened, the Tax Increment Reinvestment Zone No. 11 - Inner City Meeting will take up the following items no sooner than the designated times.
Public Comments

Approval of Minutes
2.
Discussion and possible action to approve the minutes of the November 19, 2021 and December 20, 2021 TIRZ #11 Inner City board meetings.
Briefing and Possible Action on the following items
3.
Discussion and possible action to approve the execution of a Chapter 380 Economic Development Agreement between the City of San Antonio and Alamo City Studios for an amount not to exceed $186,681.85 for the Alamo City Youth Content-Creator Program.
Discussion and possible action to approve the negotiation and execution of a Funding Agreement with the Department of Human Services for an amount not to exceed $50,000 for a Feasibility Study for a Senior Center and Affordable Housing in District 2.
Discussion and possible action to approve the execution of a Development Agreement between the City of San Antonio, Inner City TIRZ Board of Directors and Grayson Heights, LLC for an amount not to exceed $2,100,000 for the Grayson Heights Project.
At any time during the regular meeting, the Board may meet in Executive Session for consultation concerning Attorney-client matters on items listed on this Agenda under Chapter 551.071 of the Texas Government Code. Additionally, under the Texas Government Code Section 551.072, a government body may at any time during this meeting conduct an Executive Session to deliberate the purchase, exchange, lease, or value of real property if deliberation in an open meeting would have a detrimental effect on the position of the governmental body in negotiations with a third party or for economic development negotiations pursuant to Texas Government Code Section 551.087 (economic development).
