The San Antonio Early Childhood Municipal Development Corporation Board of Directors Meeting will hold its regular meeting in the Pre-K 4 SA North Education Center beginning at 2:00 PM. Once convened, the San Antonio Early Childhood Municipal Development Corporation Board of Directors Meeting will take up the following items no sooner than the designated times.

Once a quorum is established, the San Antonio Early Childhood Municipal Development Corporation Board of Directors Meeting shall consider the following:
 
Approval of Minutes

Approval of the minutes from the San Antonio Early Childhood Education Municipal Development Corporation Board of Directors meeting on March 22, 2022.

CEO Update to include Student Enrollment, Gracias, partnership updates, and promotion and outreach [Sarah Baray, Ph.D., Pre-K 4 SA CEO]

Briefing on the SA: Ready to Work program, projected funding sources and expense categories. [Michael Ramsey, Workforce Development Office Director]
5.
Briefing and Board action to approve the Pre-K 4 SA Fiscal Year 2023 Annual Operating Budget, appropriation of funds, and Personnel Complement [Sarah Baray, Ph.D., Pre-K 4 SA CEO; Daisy Castillo, Pre-K 4 SA Department Fiscal Administrator]
Executive Session
 
At any time during the meeting, the San Antonio Early Childhood Education Municipal Development Corporation Board of Directors Meeting may meet in executive session for consultation with the City Attorney's Office concerning attorney client matters under Chapter 551 of the Texas Government Code.
Consideration of Future Meetings
 
The next meeting of the San Antonio Early Childhood Education Municipal Development Corporation Board of Directors is scheduled to take place on Tuesday, May 10, 2022 at 2:00 p.m. at the Pre-K 4 SA North Education Center.
