The Tax Increment Reinvestment Zone No. 11 - Inner City Board of Directors will hold its regular meeting in the Municipal Plaza Building, B Room, 105 Main Plaza, San Antonio, Texas 78205 beginning at 12:30 PM. Once convened, the Tax Increment Reinvestment Zone No. 11 - Inner City Board of Directors will take up the following items no sooner than the designated times.
Once a quorum is established, the Tax Increment Reinvestment Zone No. 11 - Inner City Board of Directors shall consider the following:
Public Comments
Approval of Minutes
1.
Discussion and possible action to approve the minutes from the November 19, 2021 TIRZ #11 Inner City board meeting.
Briefing and Possible Action on the following items
3.
Consideration and possible action to amend the resolution previously approved by the Board of Directors at the November 19, 2021 board meeting to expand the use of the $2,000,000 granted for the Under One Roof Program.
Consideration and possible action to approve the 2nd Amendment of the Chapter 380 Economic Development Agreement with Jasmine Engineering, Inc. to extend the project completion date to April 30, 2022.
At any time during the regular meeting, the Board may meet in Executive Session for consultation concerning attorney-client matters on items listed on this Agenda under Chapter 551.071 of the Texas Government Code. Additionally, under the Texas Government Code Section 551.072, a government body may at any time during this meeting conduct an Executive Session to deliberate the purchase, exchange, lease, or value of real property if deliberation in an open meeting would have a detrimental effect on the position of the governmental body in negotiations with a third party or for economic development negotiations pursuant to Texas Government Code Section 551.087 (economic development).
