The Tax Increment Reinvestment Zone No. 06 - Mission Del Lago Board of Directors will hold its regular meeting in the Neighborhood and Housing Services Building, 1400 S. Flores Street, Conference Room "A", San Antonio, Texas 78204 beginning at 2:00 PM. Once convened, the Tax Increment Reinvestment Zone No. 06 - Mission Del Lago Board of Directors will take up the following items no sooner than the designated times.
Once a quorum is established, the Tax Increment Reinvestment Zone No. 06 - Mission Del Lago Board of Directors shall consider the following:

Approval of Minutes

Approval of the Tax Increment Reinvestment Zone #06 - Mission Del Lago Meeting Minutes from the December 18, 2020 board meeting.
Discussion and possible action to approve the Southstar Mission Del Lago Holdings, LP invoices for the following:
Invoice 20- Units 11B and 11C - $2,113,301.37
Invoice 21 –Del Lago Parkway Phase 2A and 2B - $5,937,531.57
Invoice 22 –Unit 12A Supplement - $342,438.45
Invoice 23 –Units 12B and 12C - $3,804,830.71
Grand Total = $12,198,102.10
At any time during the regular meeting, the Board may meet in Executive Session for consultation concerning attorney-client matters on items listed on this Agenda under Chapter 551.071 of the Texas Government Code. Additionally, under the Texas Government Code Section 551.072, a government body may at any time during this meeting conduct an Executive Session to deliberate the purchase, exchange, lease, or value of real property if deliberation in an open meeting would have a detrimental effect on the position of the governmental body in negotiations with a third party or for economic development negotiations pursuant to Texas Government Code Section 551.087 (economic development).
