The Tax Increment Reinvestment Zone No. 09 - Houston Street Board of Directors will hold its regular meeting in the Municipal Plaza Building, B Room, 105 Main Plaza, San Antonio, Texas 78205 beginning at 10:00 AM. Once convened, the Tax Increment Reinvestment Zone No. 09 - Houston Street Board of Directors will take up the following items no sooner than the designated times.
Once a quorum is established, the Tax Increment Reinvestment Zone No. 09 - Houston Street Board of Directors shall consider the following:

Approval of the Tax Increment Reinvestment Zone #09- Houston Street Meeting Minutes from the August 27, 2021 board meeting
Briefing and Possible Action on the following items

Discussion and possible action to negotiate and execute an Agreement with the City of San Antonio’s Public Works Department for Dolorosa Street Public Improvements for an amount not to exceed $22,330,000
Discussion and possible action to negotiate and execute an Agreement with the City of San Antonio’s Public Works Department for Flores Street Public Improvements for an amount not to exceed $14,210,000
At any time during the regular meeting, the Board may meet in Executive Session for consultation concerning attorney-client matters on items listed on this Agenda under Chapter 551.071 of the Texas Government Code. Additionally, under the Texas Government Code Section 551.072, a government body may at any time during this meeting conduct an Executive Session to deliberate the purchase, exchange, lease, or value of real property if deliberation in an open meeting would have a detrimental effect on the position of the governmental body in negotiations with a third party or for economic development negotiations pursuant to Texas Government Code Section 551.087 (economic development).
