To protect the health of the public and limit the potential spread of COVID-19, the meeting of the San Antonio Tax Increment Reinvestment Zone Number 09 (Houston Street) Board of Directors will be held via WebEx phone conference. These meeting standards are based upon the various suspended provisions of the Open Meetings Act issued by the Texas Governor in response to the COVID-19 crisis. These modified standards shall remain in place until further notice or until the state disaster declaration expires or is otherwise terminated by the Texas Governor.

Public Comments
1. Citizens may make public comments for, against, or on any item on the agenda by emailing their comments to: [email protected] on October 13, 2020. Comments must be limited to 300 words and may be submitted in English or Spanish. Public comments submitted will be read during the meeting by City staff.
Approval of Minutes
2. Discussion and action to approve the minutes from the April 28, 2020 TIRZ #9 Houston Street board meeting.
Financial Report
3. Finance Management Division will provide a briefing on the current financial position of the TIRZ.
Individual Items
4. Discussion and action to consider a Resolution to authorize the City of San Antonio TIF Division staff to approve developer invoices for approved TIRZ projects within the boundaries of the Houston Street TIRZ.
5. Discussion and action to consider a Resolution approving an Assignment and Consent between Graystreet Travis Garage, LLC, GrayStreet Travis Office, LLC and TPP EPA, LLC for the Travis Garage Rehabilitation Project located at 213 E. Travis, 78205 in Council District 1.
6. Discussion and action to consider a Resolution authorizing execution of a First Amendment to the Development Agreement between the Houston Street TIRZ Board of Directors, TPP EPA, LLC, and the City of San Antonio for the Travis Garage Rehabilitation Project located at 213 E. Travis, 78205 in Council District 1.
7. Discussion and action to consider a Resolution authorizing execution of a First Amendment to the Development Agreement between the Houston Street TIRZ Board of Directors, 114 Main Plaza, LLC, and the City of San Antonio for the 114 Main Plaza Project located at 114 Main Plaza, 78205 in Council District 1.
8. Briefing Update on the FY 2020 Affordable Housing TIRZ request.
