No in person access to this meeting.
To protect the health of the public and limit the potential spread of COVID 19, the City Bond Oversight Commission will hold this meeting via video conference call. These meeting standards are based upon the various suspended provisions of the Open Meetings Act issued by the Texas Governor in response to the COVID 19 crisis. These modified standards shall remain in place until further notice or until the state disaster declaration expires or is otherwise terminated by the Texas Governor. Once a quorum is established, the following items will be considered no sooner than the designated times. Members of the public may listen to the live meeting by calling toll free 1 415 655 0001 and dialing the access code, 133 545 4643, or may watch the live meeting at the following link: https://sanantonio.webex.com and enter 133 545 4643 for the event number and " cboc " for the password (without the quotes).
Once convened, the Commission shall consider the following matters for discussion and possible action:

Members of the public may provide comment on any agenda item. Public comment may be provided as follows: 1. Submit written comments via the 2017 Bond Comment Form (https://www.sanantonio.gov/2017Bond/CommentForm) website. Comments are limited to 300 characters and will be read for the record during Citizens to be Heard portion of the meeting. Please include your full name, phone number and email. 2. Sign up to give your comments live during the meeting by leaving your name, telephone number, and item on which you would like to speak on at 210-207-2209. Public Works staff will call you when citizens to be heard is started. We cannot guarantee a specific time and will make only one attempt to reach you during the meeting. Once you join the call, you will be given two minutes to provide your comments.
