To protect the health of the public and limit the potential spread of COVID-19, the meeting of the San Antonio Tax Increment Reinvestment Zone Number 35 (Tarasco Gardens) Board of Directors will be held via WebEx phone conference. These meeting standards are based upon the various suspended provisions of the Open Meetings Act issued by the Texas Governor in response to the COVID -19 crisis. These modified standards shall remain in place until further notice or until the state disaster declaration expires or is otherwise terminated by the Texas Governor.

Comments must be limited to 300 words and may be submitted in English or Spanish. Public comments submitted will be read during the meeting by City staff.

4. Discussion and possible action to consider a Resolution approving final versions of the Tarasco Gardens TIRZ Project and Finance Plans and the following related agreements: A. Tarasco Gardens Development Agreement between City of San Antonio, TIRZ Board of Directors and Alamo Community Group. B. Tarasco Gardens Interlocal Agreement between City of San Antonio, Bexar County and the Board of Director's for Tax Increment Reinvestment Zone Number 35 (Tarasco Gardens TIRZ).
5. Discussion and action to consider a Resolution to authorize the City of San Antonio TIF Division staff to approve Developer invoices related to the Tarasco Gardens Development Agreement.
