The Intergovernmental Relations Committee will hold its regular meeting in the Norma S. Rodriguez Council Chamber in the Municipal Plaza Building beginning at 10:00 AM. Once convened, the Intergovernmental Relations  Committee will take up the following items no sooner than the designated times.

Once a quorum is established, the Intergovernmental Relations Committee shall consider the following:
 
Approval of Minutes
 
1.
Approval of minutes from the September 14, 2022 meeting of the Intergovernmental Relations Committee.

The Bexar County members of the IGR are excused from the meeting for the City Council members of the IGR to discuss item 2 and will reconvene for the remainder of the meeting.

2.

Briefing and possible action on the City's State Legislative Program for the 88th State Legislative Session. [Jeff Coyle, Assistant City Manager; Sally Basurto, Director, Government Affairs]

3.

Briefing on the implementation of the Bipartisan Infrastructure Law [Jeff Coyle, Assistant City Manager; Sally Basurto, Director, Government Affairs]

At any time during the meeting, the Intergovernmental Relations  Committee may meet in executive session for consultation with the City Attorney's Office concerning attorney client matters under Chapter 551 of the Texas Government Code.
