The Tax Increment Reinvestment Zone No.33 - Northeast Corridor will hold its regular meeting in the Catholic Life Insurance Building Conference Room, 1635 NE Interstate 410 Loop, San Antonio, Texas 78209 beginning at 1:00 PM. Once convened, the Tax Increment Reinvestment Zone No.33 - Northeast Corridor will take up the following items no sooner than the designated times.

Approval of Minutes

Approval of the Tax Reinvestment Zone #33 Northeast Corridor Meeting Minutes from the March 03, 2022 board meeting.
Briefing and Possible Action on the following items

Discussion and possible action to approve a Development Agreement between the Board of Directors of the Northeast Corridor TIRZ #33, the City of San Antonio, and Bitterblue, Inc, for an amount not to exceed $995,000 for the Prescribed Pediatric Extended Care Center Project.
At any time during the meeting, the Tax Increment Reinvestment Zone No.33 - Northeast Corridor may meet in executive session for consultation with the City Attorney's Office concerning attorney client matters under Chapter 551 of the Texas Government Code.
