The Tax Increment Reinvestment Zone No. 31 - Midtown Meeting will hold its regular meeting in the Conference Room "A", Neighborhood and Housing Services Building, 1400 S. Flores Street, San Antonio, Texas 78204 beginning at 2:00 PM. Once convened, the Tax Increment Reinvestment Zone No. 31 - Midtown Meeting will take up the following items no sooner than the designated times.
Once a quorum is established, the Tax Increment Reinvestment Zone No. 31 - Midtown Meeting shall consider the following:
Approval of Minutes
Approval of the Tax Increment Reinvestment Zone #31 – Midtown Meeting Minutes from the August 31, 2021 board meeting.
Discussion and possible action approving the Subcommittee's recommendation to fulfill the plans contained in the Master Plan approving the execution of a Funding Agreement with the City of San Antonio for Capital Improvement Projects for an amount not to exceed $39,500,000 plus Debt Service for:
At any time during the regular meeting, the Board may meet in Executive Session for consultation Texas Government Code. Additionally under the Texas Government Code Section 551.072, a government body may at any time during this meeting conduct an Executive Session to deliberate the purchase, exchange, lease, or value of real property if deliberation in an open meeting would have a detrimental effect on the position of the governmental body in negotiations with a third party or for economic development negotiations pursuant to Texas Government Code Section 551.087 (economic development).
