The Animal Care Services Advisory Board Meeting will hold its regular meeting in the 4710 State Hwy 151 & Videoconference beginning at 5:55 PM. Once convened, the Animal Care Services Advisory Board Meeting will take up the following items no sooner than the designated times.

To protect the health of the public and limit the potential spread of COVID-19, masks are strongly recommended for persons attending this meeting in person.

PUBLIC PARTICIPATION
Members of the public can comment or speak on items on the agenda. Public Comments may be provided as follows:
1. In-person: Commenter(s) may sign-up to speak in person prior to the start of the meeting. Commenter(s) will be called on to speak during the Public Comment portion of the meeting and will be given three minutes to provide their comments. 
2. Written Comment: Submit written comments, up to 300 words, along with name and address, by email to [email protected] or drop off at ACS, located at 4710 State Hwy 151, no later than 12 noon on the day of the meeting. Comments will be read into the record during the designated time on the agenda. 
3. Call-in: On the day of the meeting, a commenter(s) may sign up to provice their comments live during the meeting through Telephone Access. To do so, commenter(s) sign up must occur on the day of the meeting, no later than 5:40 p.m. and indicate to ACS staff their wish to speak. Commenter(s) will be placed on mute until the Public Comment portion of the meeting, at which point they are given three minutes to provide their comments.

At any time during the meeting, the Animal Care Services Advisory Board Meeting may meet in executive session for consultation with the City Attorney's Office concerning attorney client matters under Chapter 551 of the Texas Government Code.
